Maths talk

 

September has brought about lots and lots of Maths Talk in Senior Infants. We have loved all our hands-on learning, being able to discuss our understanding of number and offer reasons why we have come to a particular solution for a question. 

The new Primary Maths Curriculum encourages us to learn through play as it helps develop our critical thinking skills. We truly have some wonderful mathematicians in Senior Infants! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Welcome to Senior Infants 25/26

 September in Senior Infants is all about fine motor skills, working on all the little muscles in our hands and fingers to help us with our writing, manipulating objects and even getting dressed. 

We have enjoyed getting to know each other and finding our way around our new classroom.
