We were lucky to start receiving our hot school meals this week at school. After lots of picking, smelling, nibbling and tasting the children enjoyed having warm food in their tummies on this very cold week in January.

Show and Tell
We have been working on our language skills in Senior Infants. The children brought in an item to show to their class and described why they chose this item along with details about it. They showed pride in their belongings and were confident in presenting to their peers. Maith sibh a pháistí!
December fun
December festivities have swept through the Senior Infant classroom this month! We have been busy preparing for Christmas with 'Book'vent to work alongside Advent this year. We have enjoyed reading a new book each day which the children chose. We decorated some gingerbread cookies, have been 'bucket-fillers' by showing kindness to our family with our clay ornaments and we managed to fit in some fun too!
