The legend of Brigid's cloak is about how she obtained the land on which to build her church. The children were inspired by St. Brigid's story and together with some help from 4th class, they sewed their very own cloak to represent unity, friendship and differences in our classroom. We all celebrate our uniqueness and we each brought in a piece of cloth to represent ourselves individually.
